Major Food Group

Major Food Group (MFG) is a rapidly growing hospitality company founded by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick, with roots in a small New York’s Little Italy restaurant. The company has garnered national and international attention for its unique style and culinary prowess, evolving into a hospitality powerhouse with restaurants, lounges, bars, and amenity spaces across the United States.

MFG is set to brand and operates the restaurants, lounges, bars, and amenity spaces at Villa Miami, its first residential building project. The company has expanded rapidly in South Florida, with Contessa being its 10th restaurant in the region. Carbone will also design the in-unit kitchens and be involved in the project’s design.

 

ODP Architecture & Design

ODP Architecture & Design is a full-service architecture, interior, and planning firm based in Hollywood, FL, with additional offices in Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Naples. The firm is dedicated to providing high-end custom architecture, interiors, and furniture designs that go beyond the norm, aiming to turn dreams and instincts into reality.

The company has partnered with internationally renowned firms such as Zaha Hadid, Elkus Manfredi, Foster & Partners, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and UN Network to work on some of South Florida’s most prominent projects, including One Thousand Museum, Paramount Miami World Center, Towers at 1201 Brickell, One Bayfront Plaza, and now, the design of a 650-foot-tall skyscraper on Biscayne Bay.
